Kathleen's Bio
Kathleen Kojis, AIF®
Accredited Investment Fiduciary®
Life Planner
Investment Adviser Representative

Kathleen began investing in the early 1980's but had difficulty finding an investment advisor to help her invest prudently, wisely, and in a positive manner while she was busy with a career in the business world.

Creating Financial Dynamics, Inc. in 1999 established her as an independent financial professional, giving her the opportunity to combine years personal investing experience with 8 prior years in the financial industry as an advisor through large name brand companies. This combination was the creative fabric which underlies Financial Dynamics.

Kathleen received her baccalaureate in secondary education, Speech and English and holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Oklahoma. Her experience with Chrysler Corporation in the late 1970s, including its restructuring under the leadership of Lee Iacocca and later the inability of the company to hold its ground, enabled her to develop successful restructuring procedures that can be applied to both small business and personal living. She applied her experience in teaching to train re-employment skill development for the jobless through the WI Private Industry Job Club programs. Training automobile salespeople during the industry meltdown in the late 70's was equally as challenging and rewarding.

Kathleen has added the study and achievement of the
Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) into her advisory business.

The AIF® designation certifies that the recipient has specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process. To receive the AIF® designation, individuals must complete a training program, successfully pass a comprehensive, closed-book final examination under the supervision of a proctor and agree to abide by the
AIF® Code of Ethics. In order to maintain the AIF® designation, the individual must annually renew their affirmation of the AIF® Code of Ethics and complete six hours of continuing education credits. The certification is administered by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, LLC, a Fiduciary360 (fi360) company.

Kathleen and her husband, Ferd, reside in Keowee Key near Salem, SC. They enjoy outdoor activities as well as visiting friends around the world.

Based in South Carolina, Kathleen offers her advisory services through Commonwealth Financial Network®, an independent Broker/Dealer, member FINRA/SIPC, and a Registered Investment Adviser. She holds her FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations as an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth®, as well as Life/Health insurance licenses in several states.

Kathleen's Favorite Quote: "It is not what happens to us in life that matters, but what we do about it."
